溫州話屬於吳語亓東甌片，學術上面叫做甌語。
iu ciou gho jioh vu ng nyiu gi ton au phi, ghoh yiuh yi mai ciae tsou au nyiu
Wenzhounese is the part of East Ou of the Wu dialect. Litararily called The Ou Dialect.
溫州話伉北部吳語區，譬如講上海、蘇州
iu ciou gho khuao paih bu ng nyiu chiu, phei zy kuao yi he, seu ciou
Wenzhounese is quiet different from the northern Wu Dialect part,for example:Shanghai,Suzou.
該俫地方講其說話區別大顯大 互相之間也不能直接通話
ki lei dei huao kuao gi shiuh gho chiu bih dou shi dou, vu shi tsy ka gha fu nan dzei ci thon gho
so communication is not allowed between each others.
但是根據語言其發音特點，伉各種原因。溫州話，

but according to the feature of the pronunciation of Wenzhounese,and many other reasons.
作為吳語其一個分支，是吳語區當中一個比較特殊其存在

Wenzhounese is a special part of The Wu Language.
有趣其是，宿溫州甌語區內部，好比講：鹿城、永嘉、

it‘s funny that, therere different pronunciations of Wenzhonnese in different part of Wenzhou.Like:Lucheng,Yongjia,Ruian,Pingyang etc.
瑞安、平陽該俫地方。雖然講每個地方其腔款，
zy iu, ben yi ki lei dei huao. sy nyi kuao mai kai dei huao gi chi khoe
though the pronunciation between every district is a little bit different 
總爭恁一nin nin，但是互相溝通絕對是冇問題其。
tson tsiae nan ih nin nin, da zy vu shi kau thon yiuh tai zy nau van dei gi.
it‘s not a problem not communicate with each others
恁界宿溫州出生，許俫土生土長其溫州娒，蠻多儂溫州話沃講不來爻，
nan ka shioh iu ciou chiuh siae, he lei teu siae teu ci gi iu ciou mai, ma tou nan iu ciou gho oh kuao fu lei ghuao,
now, some kids were born in Wenzhou, have grown in Wenzhou,but many of them cant speak Wenzhounese
雖然講可以聽懂。我覺著恁款式其情況，是十分值得我伲警惕其。

though they can understand the Wenzhounese.But i think this kind of situation is warning us up.
希望溫州其大家儂可以重視起保護我伲其母語，畀我伲其溫州話傳承落去。
sy ghuao iu ciou gi da ko nan khuao i jiuao zy tshy nguao nyi gi mu nyiu, bei nguao nyi gi iu ciou gho jiu zen loh khe !
i hope we can value and protect our mother language. let‘s make Wenzhounese get alive!
