我是一个土生土长的重庆妹儿。重庆妹儿迈都是辣妹子撒，
I’m a native Chongqing girl. Chongqing girls love chilli.
几天不吃辣的豆心头慌。说到重庆又啷个能不说火锅儿耶？ 今天我斗来讲一哈儿重庆火锅儿的事。
If we don’t have chilli for several days, we would feel anxious. When we talk about Chongqing, how can we don’t talk about Chongqing spicy hotpot? So today I'm going to talk about Chongqing hotpot.
我三岁豆开始吃火锅儿老，因为妈老汉图撇脱撒，单位聚餐吃火锅豆把我带起一起把伙食解决老。
I started having spicy hotpot at the age of three. The reason is that my parents conveniently brought me to dinners with colleagues so that my dinner would be settled too.
我们屋头的人一起吃火锅儿的话荤菜肯定要点鸭肠和毛肚儿，经常还要烫点黄喉啊、血片儿啊、脑花儿之类的。
素菜的话一般不点青叶子菜，因为裹油得很。素菜一般都吃点儿鸭血啊、洋芋啊、年糕啊、金针菇勒些。
我小时候黑喜欢吃火锅儿老，经常吃到胀到想吐，然后我妈豆拿藿香正气水儿给我喝。
以我吃火锅二十年的经验来说，最郁闷的情况豆是霉挫挫地半颗花椒扣到了舌头儿上。啷个弄都弄不落。
我小时候，豆是九几年的时候撒，黑多火锅儿店店儿里头还没得空调，黑多还是用的那种
白瓷砖贴的老灶。热天家的时候豆经常有些男的打个光胴胴在那点吃火锅。
一般一群兄弟伙吃火锅豆要点啤酒，山城啤酒撒。还要划拳。划的是撒子耶？一般没得个固定的划法得，
可以各人随便乱劈柴。 划输了豆喝啤酒。不喝豆是不耿直撒。重庆人迈，一年四季
最喜欢吃的豆是火锅儿，当朋友迈最重要的豆是耿直撒。
