包肉粽，就敢若是一對翁仔某。兩片竹葉仔
Pau bah-tsàng, tiō kánn-nā sī tsi̍t tùi ang-á-bóo. nn̄g phínn tik-hio̍h-á
Sticky rice dumplings are like married couples.  Two sheets of bamboo leaves
就愛縛予伊絚絚，若是無的，料就會流出來。彼个米咧
tiō ài pa̍k hōo i ân-ân, nā-sī bô--ê, liāu tiō ē lâu--tshut-lâi. Hit ê bí leh
need to be fastened together tightly; if not, the filling will fall out.  The rice

it-ting ài phah ua̍h-kat, m̄-thang phah sí-kat, nā bô, beh tsiah
definitely tied in a slipknot.  You cannot tie a tight knot [intractable problem], else, when you want to eat
粽，欲拍開的時陣，就愛動刀動剪，真艱苦。
tsàng, beh phah-khui--ê sî-tsūn, tiō ái tāng to tāng tsián, tsin kan-khóo.
the dumpling and have to open it, you will need to cut it with a knife, and go through great hardship.
